Our fee structure

The following information will assist in understanding the fee structure for the 2020 school year.

 

FOUNDATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP

Currently the College is offering a 50% foundational scholarship* to all 2019/2020 enrolling families. All families enrolling for the 2019 school year will receive the Foundational Scholarship. Families who wish to enrol for the 2020 school year must do so by 15th December 2019 to be eligible for the 2020 Foundational Scholarship. This discount applies to Tuition fees only. No further discounts will be given e.g. sibling discount.

 
*PLEASE NOTE: The foundational scholarship is only available to those who enrol before the end of 2019 to start their child in the 2020 school year.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

 

  • When a place is offered at Australis Christian College, there is a non-refundable enrolment fee of $150 per student.
  • The fees are charged annually at the beginning of the year and parents will receive their statement of account prior to commencement of the school year. There are two payment options available: annually (only payments in full) or direct debit. Direct debit may be monthly, fortnightly or weekly.
  • Centrepay facility is available for those parents who receive Centrelink payments.
  • The College reserves the right to withdraw enrolment where more than three months fees become outstanding unless a satisfactory payment arrangement has been made with the College Accounts Department.

WITHDRAWAL OF STUDENTS

 

Parents are required to give ten week’s notice of withdrawal of their children from Australis Christian College. Failure to do so will render them liable to pay 25% of their annual tuition fee in lieu of notice.

*PLEASE NOTE: All enrolments for the 2019 school year, automatically receive the Foundational Scholarship.

  • To be eligible for the 2020 Foundational scholarship the student must be enrolled by 15th December 2019.
  • All enrolments finalised after December 15th 2019 will not be eligible for the 2020 Foundational Scholarship.
